Jay Cluskey

Jay is the deepest, furthest and longest Evertonian supporting Scouser on the UK freediving scene. He came to me with the most impressive case of knee bend I have ever seen! He had a 2 1/2 min hold and some depth war stories to say the least :-)

He is now knocking on the door of the ellusive 145 club free t-shirt brigade and judging from the monofin picture below his knee bend has gone, as has his 2 1/2 min hold, he's a 5 minute man now so bow down to 'der maaan :-)

He is an AIDA 3* freediver currently doing his AIDA 4* freediver

 

 

He has given up watching sportsman being overpaid every weekend to get off his apnea armchair and become a hardcore freediver. One of the best in the group. He has a good competitive streak in him so watch this space over the next year or so cos he is on a mission!!

He believes his nickname of the unreliable scouser is unfounded, as i sit here writing his blog (cos he didn't send me one yet) i'll continue to give him the benefit of the doubt 'cos you can't get mad with his little cheeky scouse grin :-) A A A you rite der laaah.

Interesting facts:

His favourite song?? The theme from the chicken tonight advert. LOL

He is what is known on Deeperblue.net as a rep whore, once you are on there give him some rep, its his favourite thing :-)
